The Treasury Servicing Specialist II provides expert support for the bank’s Treasury Management clients and colleagues by ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and servicing of Treasury products and corporate digital banking services. This role acts as the primary point of contact for commercial clients and internal partners, resolving inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service, accuracy, and compliance. The specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that Treasury products such as ACH, Wires, Remote Deposit Capture, and Treasury Prime are functioning smoothly and aligned with client needs.
