About The Position

This position provides administrative and customer support to the Treasury Services team and external customers.

Requirements

  • Must be able to organize daily work flow.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work area.
  • Local travel may occasionally be required.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative support role or working in a banking environment.
  • Capable user of standard office equipment/software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming setup requests for new and existing customers.
  • Generate, send, and maintain Treasury Services Agreements for new and existing customers.
  • Understanding and management of eSignature capability for Treasury Services Agreements.
  • Order and ensure delivery of Treasury Services product related equipment to customers.
  • Receive, reconcile and submit scanner invoices from Benchmark Technology to Accounts Payable. Notifies branch to apply applicable charges.
  • Register and assign tokens to existing customers. Manage replacement project for expiring tokens.
  • Be familiar and knowledgeable with all treasury services, including complex services such as ACH, Zero Balance Accounts, Sweep Accounts, etc.
  • Serve as liaison between the customer, Onboarding Excellence, Treasury Services Specialist, and Billing Teams.
  • Manage and complete the Annual Repurchase Sweep Disclosure Mailing Project.
  • Respond to customer and internal partner inquiries related to Treasury Services set-ups.
  • Primarily manages the Support Team group mailbox.
  • Assist with scheduling customer trainings and follow ups post training.
  • Participate in special projects for Treasury Services department as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
