About The Position

Summary of the Job: Job Function: The primary function of this position is to assist in the majority of aspects of Treasury Management operations. The Treasury Operations Coordinator is responsible for operational work that requires some supervision but will be expected to analyze information/situation, apply applicable policy, and find an appropriate resolution while fostering a positive client experience. About This Role: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Take income calls and troubleshoot issues from customers and bank associates related to Treasury Management products and services. Set up new and maintain Business Online Banking profiles Train Business Online Banking administrators on the security functions within Business Online Banking Manage the quality assurance of Business Online Banking setups and Treasury Management agreements Knowledge of all Treasury’s products and services to help facilitate successful customer implementations and ongoing product support. Assist with the implementation of new digital products and be the technical resource for the department to assist with product issues Assistance and backup for Lockbox processing Assist Treasury Operations Manager in special projects Daily and monthly review of internal reports and entries Back up for Remote Deposit implementation and maintenance Attend work regularly and consistently to ensure appropriate staffing needs are met in the department, and the organization and needs are met in a timely fashion Other tasks as assigned from time to time by supervisor or other member of management The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant job experience with Treasury Management or Financial Services
  • High School Education or equivalent required, additional education a plus
  • Strong attention to details
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-through and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
  • Proficient with PC, Web, and Microsoft applications
  • MUST possess a “can do” customer-service attitude/philosophy
