This position is primarily responsible for the setup and implementation of Treasury Management services. The incumbent trains clients on services, answers questions and resolves problems. Escalates issues to Level 2 Support when identified. Monitors the tracking database making sure all work queues are within established SLA's. Works closely with management on a daily basis and identify any processes that are not performing as expected. The incumbent serves as a key resource for the Treasury Management Operations staff in terms of setup and client issues.
