About The Position

The Treasury Management Support and Implementation Specialist’s role is to guide clients through the on-boarding process when new Treasury Management products are implemented, communicate on-boarding status internally, train clients to use products efficiently, deliver ongoing service and support and properly bill clients through account analysis.

Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or business preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years Treasury Management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
  • Attention to detail/time management/project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills for in-person client meetings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Team focused and results driven

Responsibilities

  • Collect client information, validate needs, translate implementation requests to operations
  • Meet agreed upon deadlines (SLAs)
  • Communicate with the client and internal partners providing regular updates
  • Escalate appropriately when there is a roadblock causing delay
  • Train client on how to use new products efficiently
  • Input proper billing into Account Analysis
  • Provide ongoing client support on Treasury Management products and services and billing
