The Treasury Management Service Associate I is primarily responsible for servicing existing Woodforest National Bank’s commercial clients in a friendly, accurate, and efficient manner and in adherence to all bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank policies and procedures, and the Bank’s products and services.
• Advanced sales and marketing experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
• Capability of strong problem solving, decision making, critical and strategic thinking skills, as well as strong attention to detail and concern for data accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible or extended working hours to meet business needs; demonstrated good attendance and punctuality while presenting a positive and professional image.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload.
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• General knowledge of Treasury Management Products and Services.
• 2+ years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with some experience handling business or commercial client accounts required, OR a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance in lieu of 2 years’ work experience;
• OR a currently active member of Woodforest branch management with at least 1 year in the role (Assistant Branch Manager or above).
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing quality customer services preferred. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Services existing Woodforest National Bank’s business and commercial clients accurately, efficiently, and in adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Assists business/commercial clients with account inquiries.
• Refers more sensitive inquiries, such as credit lines, pricing for new products, opening of new accounts, etc. to appropriate department.
• Demonstrates proficient knowledge of all treasury management products.
• Demonstrates the ability to train existing clients on the WNB Treasury Manager (our online service).
• Partners with operational departments as needed in order to answer inquiries such as ACH, Payroll, wire issues, etc.
