About The Position

The Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for developing new and expanding existing Treasury Management business relationships. Develops and executes Treasury Management Sales and Prospecting Plans Identifies needs and provides appropriate Treasury Management solutions for customer's strategies and goals Understands competitor capabilities and can effectively position the Bank's Treasury Management services as a competitive advantage Works independently and with team members on prospecting efforts and expansion of relationships, generates cross-sell opportunities and referrals to other bank lines of business Manages customer visits and on-going contact/relationship development Manages entire sales process including developing and writing proposals, making customer presentations and executing customer agreements Conducts Treasury Management reviews with top customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational/work experience
  • 3-5 years of Treasury Management Services experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Moderate math and writing skills
  • Moderate presentation skills
  • Strong follow up abilities
  • Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as required
  • Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Must be able to travel regularly from location to location
  • Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs
