About The Position

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Treasury Management Sales.
Strong sales experience in financial services, preferably 7+ years.
Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze cash flow and business operations.
Experience with PC and Internet-based systems for managing business portfolios.

Responsibilities

Generate fee revenue by delivering value-added Treasury Management solutions to clients.
Manage individual sales activities and pipeline to execute sales strategies effectively.
Perform follow-ups on newly implemented services to ensure client satisfaction.
Review Account Analysis Statements to ensure services are active and properly charged.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
Coach and develop team members on Treasury Management products.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and operational integrity.
