About The Position

At Regions, the Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist provides sales support to Treasury Management Relationship Managers and their clients to identify, develop, and deliver quality solutions to aid the client in their day-to-day business needs. This position involves partnering with Treasury Management Relationship Managers to prepare for and execute sales activities, including account structuring, pricing proformas, presentation production, and client research. The specialist also researches product information, ensures implementation errors are minimized, and adheres to Service Level Agreements. Key responsibilities include managing new client onboarding, serving as a primary escalation point for client support, ensuring complete and accurate reporting, and collaborating with Commercial and Treasury Management Relationship Managers to support sales. Additional administrative tasks may be required to aid in sales support.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Three years prior banking, sales or sales support experience
Ability to partner with various internal partners across the organization
Ability to research, analyze data and derive facts
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and track assignments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Responsibilities

Partners with Treasury Management Relationship Managers to prepare for and execute on Sales activities.
Preparing account structures.
Building pricing proformas for prospects and existing clients.
Participating in the production of presentation decks.
Completing client research to include proximity suitability to branches and other information that may aid in the overall success of the Treasury Management proposal.
Researching product information in response to client inquiries by partnering with members of the TM Product team.
Ensuring implementation errors are below the required percentage.
Adhering to the stated Service Level Agreement.
Manages new client onboarding experience which includes requesting documentation execution, implementation request submission, training confirmation and client satisfaction.
Serves as primary escalation point for client support when first level support does not meet client needs.
Ensures reporting is complete, timely and accurate.
Collaborates with both Commercial and Treasury Management Relationship Managers to keep all parties involved and engaged in support of sales activities.
May be responsible for additional administrative tasks to aid in sales support of Treasury Management Relationship Manager.
