About The Position

Purpose: Responsible for the servicing, operations, customer implementation of products, customer training, and follow-up of Treasury Management products. Identify cross-selling sales opportunities to expand the client base at West Bank. Responsible for facilitating waiver requests and renewals. Coordination of special annual reviews as assigned. Collaborate with other members of the Treasury Management team to address service issues raised by bankers and customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Treasury Administrative Management: Actively manage the daily, weekly and monthly Treasury Management duties of servicing the portfolio of treasury management customers for West Bank. Provide outstanding service by understanding customer's business needs and providing impactful solutions while performing the functions needed for servicing and billing of TM products and services. Maintain Treasury Management data and spreadsheets for client communication and billing purposes. Provide client technical support and customer service. Complete additional projects and duties as assigned. (40%) Treasury Management Implementation, Customer Training, Internal Reviews/Waivers and Internal Audits: Work sales referrals from the Sales Officer to coordinate and oversee the set-up of Treasury Management products from beginning to end, including gathering needed information, contracts, system set-up, and customer training. Work with bankers to ensure proper exposure forms and documents are completed. As requested, train new employees at customers' places of business. Manage waiver renewal process tracking annual waivers, and provide information on waivers to the approving officer. Coordinate annual review(s) of products as assigned. Complete additional projects and duties as assigned. (45%) Professional Communication (Individual Contributor): Utilize professional and effective verbal and non-verbal communication to forge/enhance relationships with team members and customers. Communication should be clear, professional, respectful to others, and aligned with West Bank's mission to build strong relationships, build strong communities and build upon our strong reputation. Team members should embrace candor with an appropriate tone to participate in the success of the department and organization. (10%) Build Strong Communities: Participate in community events, including staffing at least two events (art festivals, community celebrations, etc.) and participating in at least two community festivals (parades, bank-sponsored outreach events, etc.) per year. (5%)

Requirements

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of banking experience with familiarity in treasury management products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interface and collaborate effectively with all internal and external contacts and to manage and maintain confidential information.
