About The Position

Small enough to care. Big enough to deliver. This position serves as an entry level resource for the implementation of business online banking services and all TM product offerings. Will handle inbound calls to provide implementation service and maintenance support requests utilizing the TM Operations workflow management system. Ensures proper training and onboarding of client relationships. Refers more complex client set-up to TM Implementation Support II.

Requirements

  • Post high school education preferred or equivalent combination of education
  • Three years banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers implementation of business and cash management services utilizing industry best practices.
  • Ensures the completion of required documentation;
  • Performs set-up of new cash management services according to applicable banking guidelines and regulation;.
  • Schedules installation and training with customer for all cash management services via face-to-face or electronic interactions with a customer (Online Cash Manager, bill pay, electronic statements, remote deposit capture, ACH and wire functionality, positive pay, etc.);
  • Ensures all new and existing cash management services are properly charged or has the appropriate exception approvals, if applicable;
  • Scans required implementation documents in MidWestOne Bank's document retrieval system.
  • Expands existing relationships by suggesting additional Treasury Management services to business customers and refers to Treasury Management Sales Team.
  • Utilizes MidWestOne Bank's workflow management software to manage customer tickets and document activities relating to customer interaction on a daily basis.
  • Contributes to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of MidWestOne Bank's cash management technology.
  • Assists with training internal customers on Treasury Management products.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
