The Treasury Management Advisor II acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships, and also retains and deepens existing customer relationships. The role involves sales prospecting, product pricing and structuring, and customer proposals. The advisor proactively builds internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive Treasury Management opportunities and cross-sells other bank products, staying current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements. Proactive management of Banker relationships includes routine 1:1’s, development and execution of relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, and joint calling. The advisor is responsible for maintaining and managing to weekly and monthly sales results, ensuring timely data entry and accuracy. They also assist in outbound calling initiatives to offer new solutions to clients and ensure Huntington as the customer’s primary banking relationship. The position may involve mentoring other Treasury Management colleagues and being a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies.
