The Treasury Funding Implementation Specialist supports client funding implementation and ongoing treasury processes by performing entry-level accounting, data analysis, and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate funding calculations, timely documentation, and strong internal coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a comfort level working with numbers and systems, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in a business, administrative, accounting, or financial environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Banking or treasury-related experience
  • Experience with accounting software a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Perform entry-level bookkeeping, data processing, and accounting functions, including complex clerical tasks as needed.
  • Compile and analyze client funding data to calculate amounts based on established schedules and frequency.
  • Research and follow up with claims adjusters to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Support preparation of backup documentation for bank reconciliations as needed.
  • Assist with ACH transfers when required.
  • Prepare and file client implementation documents and conduct six-month follow-ups.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental goals.
  • Demonstrate reliable and consistent attendance during standard business hours.
