You will be part of a collaborative, globally connected team focused on protecting cash flow while enabling sustainable growth, reporting into senior finance leadership and contributing to key transformation initiatives. The position is centered on driving tangible impact across the organization while continuously enhancing customer experience and internal controls. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil and remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business)
  • Professional designation (CPA, CFA, CCP, CIC, CCM, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of financial statements
  • 5-10 years in credit, collections, AR or commercial finance
  • Strong with digital tools (Microsoft,, S/4) and digital transformation
  • Strong credit analysis and expertise in collections strategy
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to partner with Sales
  • Judgment under pressure
  • Understanding of order-to-cash cycles
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the credit risk of one or more portfolios; recommend credit limits and implement strategies to support PWC’s customers while protecting the company’s interests
  • Work closely with key players through the organization to maximize cash flows and collection
  • Manage and participate in the resolution of collection disputes with customers
  • Influence senior leadership on the strategy to adopt with customers to mitigate financial risk
  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain and improve best-in-class internal control environment and customer experience.
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) leading/supporting the planning, scoping and deployment of PST/S4 Hana digital solutions for Order to Cash processes (Credit & Collections management Cash applications)
