Growing together The Payment Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of payment processing activities specializing in wire and check processing. This position is responsible for monitoring daily payment operations, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies, and supporting process improvements to enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced financial environment. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am – 3:30 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8;00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
