Requirements

High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED) Required
Microsoft Excel knowledge with pivot tables, Vlookup, sumif, building formulas, and conditional formatting at a minimum
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Previous restaurant experience a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with researching chargebacks and submitting documentation to merchant processors.
Download and organize daily bank and credit card transaction data.
Help prepare and upload check and payment files to banks; assist with resolving payment exceptions.
Support the Treasury team with various financial tasks and transactions.
Monitor and report issues related to armored carrier services and deposits.
Help maintain documentation for internal audits and compliance with PCI standards.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.
