The Client Connectivity Solutions Consultant at U.S. Bank is responsible for optimizing the client's experience when connecting their applications to U.S. Bank, whether via Application Programming Interface (API) or file-based transmission. This role facilitates the selection of preferred connectivity methods, guides clients to ensure market readiness, and coordinates activities for an optimal end-to-end journey. The consultant manages technical inquiries during API integration, collaborates across business and technical teams, and contributes to the success of API operations services. Key tasks include defining workflows, creating training materials, driving system enhancements for efficiency, assisting with customer access to API products, notifying clients of events affecting API services, and providing technical assistance in customer-facing environments. The role also involves tracking customer requests to completion, providing excellent service, and onboarding new customer implementations of Treasury Management Core Products and other financial products to ensure a smooth client connectivity experience. The goal is to build positive customer relationships by delivering optimal service and product functionality.
