About The Position

The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. Depending on placement, participants may assist with audits, reporting, compliance, financial transactions, client onboarding, technology, risk management, trade execution, prime brokerage, and client services. In addition to practical experience, the program emphasizes professional development, offering exposure to industry practices, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration alongside experienced professionals. As such, the Treasury team is responsible for managing the firm’s liquidity, funding, and cash flow while maintaining strong controls and continuously evaluating processes for improvement. The team works on daily activities such as cash positioning, collateral and margin management, and funding strategies, as well as building frameworks to support new products, regulatory requirements, and efficiency initiatives. The Treasury Analyst plays a key role in supporting core treasury functions that ensure accurate and timely management of the firm’s liquidity, funding, and cash flow. This role is responsible for monitoring daily cash positions, forecasting liquidity needs, managing collateral and margin requirements, and maintaining strong operational controls across all processes. The analyst works closely with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to support business-as-usual activities and implement process improvements. In today’s fast-paced and highly regulated financial markets, efficient and precise treasury operations are essential to minimizing risk and maintaining financial stability. By delivering reliable cash management, supporting funding strategies, and adhering to global regulatory requirements, the Treasury Analyst acts as a critical partner to the front office. This role enables smooth execution, reinforces the company’s commitment to integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field required.
  • Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate collateral and margin management for repo transactions, derivatives, and clearing obligations, ensuring timely settlements.
  • Prepare and analyze liquidity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners to execute cash movements, manage credit lines, and support financing activities.
  • Identify and mitigate liquidity, interest rate, and FX risks through analysis and recommended actions.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen operational controls.
  • Update and maintain Treasury policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
