The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. As such, the Treasury team is responsible for managing the firm’s liquidity, funding, and cash flow while maintaining strong controls and continuously evaluating processes for improvement. The team works on daily activities such as cash positioning, collateral and margin management, and funding strategies, as well as building frameworks to support new products, regulatory requirements, and efficiency initiatives. The Treasury Analyst plays a key role in supporting core treasury functions that ensure accurate and timely management of the firm’s liquidity, funding, and cash flow. This role is responsible for monitoring daily cash positions, forecasting liquidity needs, managing collateral and margin requirements, and maintaining strong operational controls across all processes. The analyst works closely with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to support business-as-usual activities and implement process improvements. In today’s fast-paced and highly regulated financial markets, efficient and precise treasury operations are essential to minimizing risk and maintaining financial stability.
