About The Position

MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest cruise line brand, is expanding its Finance team in the USA. We are seeking a Treasury Accounting Coordinator (Contractor) to support the reconciliation of credit card payments and bank transactions between our reservation system and ERP system. Reporting to the Manager, Accounting and Financial Operations, this role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage sensitive financial data efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (oral and written skills)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient computer, technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Match, PivotTables, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • US Passport or US Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile credit card payments from the reservation system to the ERP system.
  • Reconcile bank transactions to the reservation system.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation of reconciliations.
  • Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
