About The Position

The Treasury Accounting Analyst will manage a variety of treasury-related financial transactions, ensuring accurate processing of payments, reconciliations, and tax obligations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple financial processes, and a commitment to accuracy in banking and treasury functions.

Requirements

Experience in accounting, treasury, or a related financial role preferred.
Proficiency in banking and accounting software, with experience in QuickBooks and/or Yardi a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling financial data.
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
Experience in treasury, accounting, reconciliation, and accounts payable.
Preferably from a corporate industry

Responsibilities

Process mortgage transactions, including interest and distributions.
Initiate wire transfers and ensure proper documentation.
Print and distribute checks, manage township demands, and process recurring payables.
Scan and deposit funds to banks, handle voids, and initiate stop payments as needed.
Manage tax payments, including BAIT, e-file, and non-resident payments; bill non-resident partners accordingly.
Perform bank reconciliations for tenant security and escrow accounts.
Assist with various administrative tasks to support treasury and accounting functions.
