POSITION: Treasurer Assistant II (Bookkeeper), Administration Office Bargaining Unit Position 260 days, 8 hours per day PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounts Payable: Review and process invoices for payment to vendors Process warrant checks and ACH payments to vendors Assist with month, fiscal year & calendar year end closing procedures Process IRS 1099 forms Accounts Receivable: Process and enter receipts Payroll Assistance Process and calculate timesheets for entering into the payroll system General clerical duties including filing, physically and digitally Other duties as assigned by the Treasurer Assigned tasks will vary based on cross training within the Treasurer's Office Staff
