The Tray Runner position is responsible for the delivery and pick-up of patient trays from patient units. Requirements

  • ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training within 30 days

Responsibilities

  • Re-stock food and small wares supplies according to the established par levels.
  • Deliver or serve patient/guest meal trays in a timely manner.
  • Keep production preparation areas clean and sanitary using the established Public Health District standards.
  • Follow guidelines for food handling and sanitation and ensure compliance.
  • Customer service skills
  • Complete dish and ware washing duties as assigned.
  • Maintain dish room, ware washing area and tray assembly area in a clean and sanitary manner.
