About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... Key Responsibilities: Load trays into equipment, inspecting each for damage before bagging and transporting to the production area. Detect and report foreign materials (e.g., metal, glass, plastic, wood, bones, stones) to management immediately. Identify and escalate process or mechanical issues (such as machine downtime) to management as needed. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment, safe operation of machinery, and immediate reporting of hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents. Actively participate in safety trainings and drills. Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents and contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols. Stay aware of surroundings to ensure personal and team safety. Count trays after completing the Waldrop process and stack completed bags onto pallets for warehouse loading. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including using the Open Door Policy and upholding business practices. Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and business partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and adapting to change and feedback. The hourly wage range for this position is $20.30 - $22.30 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
