Now, we are looking for a Field Engineer who loves to travel, work remotely, and problem-solve on the go. If you're a hands-on technical expert who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance on-site work with remote diagnostics, this role is for you! You'll be the bridge between project execution and cutting-edge remote engineering. This is not your typical desk job, this is an adventure in engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related field).
  • 3+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or project engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling.
  • Thrives in a flexible, mobile work environment whether on-site or remote.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work with clients, contractors, and remote teams.
  • Highly adaptable, self-driven, and solution-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of HVAC, construction, automation, or industrial systems is a plus.
  • Experience with remote monitoring tools, IoT-based diagnostics, and drone inspections is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Travel, Troubleshoot, and Take Charge - Visit project sites across different locations to oversee installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Work with on-site teams, contractors, and clients to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct inspections, quality control checks, and virtual site assessments using drone footage and live video feeds.
  • Remote Monitoring & Smart Engineering - Use remote diagnostics, IoT-based monitoring, and cloud platforms to track project progress from anywhere.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues without always needing to be on-site saving time and improving efficiency.
  • Provide real-time engineering support via video calls, digital blueprints, and AI-powered analytics.
  • Client Relations & Technical Support - Act as the technical point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and offering expert guidance.
  • Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to site engineers, contractors, and operators.
  • Build strong client relationships while ensuring engineering solutions meet their needs.
  • Project Coordination & Reporting - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and materials are aligned.
  • Maintain detailed service logs, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Use digital project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Procore) to track progress and coordinate across teams.
  • Research & Innovation - Stay ahead of industry advancements while traveling learning from different engineering environments.
  • Recommend new materials, techniques, and technologies that improve efficiency and sustainability.
  • Participate in cross-functional team discussions to drive continuous improvement.
