Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, and performing account maintenance.
• Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to other bank resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
