Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products is required.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs is necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling products and services based on customer needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
• Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
