We’re hiring a Traveling Technician (Facilities Maintenance) based out of Baytown, TX, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and provide comprehensive facilities support. You will handle general maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company-owned facilities (Restroom Trailers, Tool Trailers) and help us build the future of construction. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided). 70-85% Travel Primary Responsibilities As a Travel technician, you’ll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. With real-time information at your fingertips, you can work smarter, not harder. Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and maintaining facilities. Perform general carpentry tasks, including structural repairs to trailers, cabinetry adjustments, and door/hardware maintenance. Execute minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging lines, and replacing fixtures within portable units and restroom trailers. Perform installs and preventative maintenance on a variety of rental bathroom trailers. Use technology (laptops, tablets, and mobile phone) comfortably to manage work orders. Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed in a complete and timely manner. Maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred). Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of plumbing, basic carpentry, and facility diagrams.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Active applicable state class driver's license.
  • Construction knowledge and background preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with portable toilet facilities or modular buildings is a plus.
  • Maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred).
