This role assists with all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu execution, food preparation, ordering, inventory, and staff leadership. The Traveling Sous Chef ensures food quality, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met while supporting new culinary initiatives and operational needs at various sites. This position is based in Atlanta and requires frequent, often weekly, travel.
