As a Sous Chef at The Pfister Hotel, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to order and ensuring each dish meets our standards for quality, freshness, and presentation. Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130 years.
