We’re currently seeking a Traveling Memory Care Director/Resident Care Coordinator to lead and support our memory care program across an assigned region. This role is critical to ensuring our residents receive consistent, high-quality care and that families feel supported throughout the memory care journey. You’ll guide a talented team while providing hands-on leadership, training, and coverage across multiple communities as needed. This is a traveling leadership position supporting memory care teams across multiple Bonaventure communities. Paid Time Off What Will You Be Doing? In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day success of our memory care program, supporting residents, guiding staff, and ensuring care standards are consistently met throughout your assigned area. Responsibilities include: Overseeing daily memory care operations, including resident services, staffing needs, and program coordination. Traveling to communities within your assigned region to provide operational and clinical support. Teaching, coaching, and onboarding new team members to promote strong community standards. Leading service plan meetings and communicating effectively with families and team members. Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Serving as a key point of contact for residents and families, addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and compassion. Providing coverage for staffing vacancies and supporting communities during leadership transitions or urgent needs. May need to work as a Med Aide and a Caregiver to cover shifts if needed. Maintaining compliance with state regulations, company policies, and all memory care-specific requirements. Providing steady leadership within the community by setting expectations and supporting staff. Requirements

  • Have or obtain state certifications and licenses.
  • Ability to travel extensively within an assigned area to support multiple communities.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising team members and providing training and support.
  • Understand and follow State regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing
