As a Field Services Computer Technician, you’ll be providing onsite hardware and networking support by performing installations, moves, and repairs as needed. You’ll work in coordination with the Sales team and will be the primary point of contact and support for our customers. You will be responsible for technical assistance, follow-up services, and problem escalation.
