Full-time Salary Position Starting at $45k Annually DOE plus benefits. Working between all properties in Taos, Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Las Cruces based on need. Food and Lodging expenses covered when traveling outside of home area Job Purpose: This position is responsible for maintaining grounds across multiple properties including Taos, Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Las Cruces with a Part-time focus on a select private residence. This requires extensive travel to various locations, ensuring that all properties are kept in clean, attractive, orderly, safe, and healthy conditions. Your mission is to support the team and help create inspirational travel experiences for our guests while sustaining the adventure, art, and culture of the Land of Enchantment. Food and lodging expenses covered when traveling out of the home area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of grounds maintenance or construction experience.
- Strong irrigation system experience (Irrigation Licenses a plus).
- Frequent walking, standing, climbing, lifting, stooping, and carrying of equipment and materials required in both indoor and outdoor settings, including confined spaces.
- Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of trees, shrubs, and annual flowers.
- May be exposed to extreme temperatures, high and precarious locations, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a current, unrestricted driver’s license and be able to maintain company group insurance.
- Background and pre-employment screening required.

Responsibilities
- The primary focus is to maintain the grounds across all properties, with additional attention to a select private residence.
- Upkeep the landscaping, plants, and other grounds elements.
- Knowledge of lawn, trees, shrub, seasonal color and garden care.
- General knowledge of new landscape construction
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including valves, controllers, piping, wiring, rotors, spray heads, drip tubing, bubbles, etc.
- Maintain parking lots, walkways, and entryways, including snow and ice removal as needed.
- Knowledge of weed and pest control methods.
- Ensure that all work activities conform to safety, sanitation, and health regulations and policies.
- Travel as required by specific company needs.
- Operate various trade industry equipment (mowers, skid loaders, trenchers, etc.).
- Provide maintenance services for all properties, including private estate, across Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Taos, and Las Cruces based on need.
