Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in food service - healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Deep knowledge of healthcare food service regulations.
Flexible, adaptable, and ready to travel throughout the Upstate SC region at short notice.
ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Step into facilities across the region to provide interim leadership, guide openings, or strengthen operations.
Lead and inspire on-site teams to deliver meals that comfort, heal, and delight.
Ensure every operation meets the highest standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with hospital leaders to design menus and initiatives that promote wellness and patient satisfaction.
Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure resources are used wisely.
Train, coach, and mentor team members so they can grow into their fullest potential.
