About The Position

MCC’s Continuing Education Division is seeking enthusiastic and experienced non-credit instructors to lead travel-based community education courses to provide personal enrichment opportunities to members of our community. This position focuses on designing courses that blend academic context with hands-on experiences. Instructors manage all aspects of course delivery, from curriculum development to executing local and occasional out-of-state trips, including educational tours of museums and regional destinations. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.

• Conduct interactive classroom sessions
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
