As a Field Service Technician in the Renewable Energy industry, you will play a pivotal role managing various scopes of work on renewable energy power plants during construction and operations, with a focus on BESS and Solar technologies. Requirements

Technical Degree. Equivalent field experience will be accepted in lieu.
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and/or energy systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Ability to travel extensively to client sites, including overnight stays as required.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and weekends, based on project needs.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel to client service sites to oversee, install, and/or repair products and systems.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Train on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades, using our internal systems.
Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to enhance your expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to promote a secure work environment.
