Position Summary The Traveling Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional bar service at various golf events. This role requires frequent travel, flexibility, and a high level of professionalism to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction across multiple venues. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, outdoor environments and enjoys engaging with guests while showcasing their bartending expertise. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$21.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. Requirements

  • Proven bartending experience, preferably in an event or hospitality setting
  • TABC (or local equivalent) certification required
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes, techniques, and service etiquette
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and a team-player attitude

Responsibilities

  • Travel to different event sites to set up and operate portable bar stations
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Handle cash, credit transactions, and maintain accurate tabs when required
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Set up, clean, and break down bar areas before and after each event
  • Maintain inventory control and report shortages or issues to management
  • Comply with all local, state, and company policies regarding alcohol service
  • Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience
