Position Summary The Golf Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage concessions at the golf facility. This role ensures high-quality service, efficient operations, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will supervise concession staff, maintain inventory, and ensure a positive experience for guests. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.75-$19.25. Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in concessions or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of golf concessions, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
- Supervise and train concession staff, scheduling shifts as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle cash management, including accurate sales reporting and reconciliation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting maintenance needs as necessary.
- Assist in implementing promotions and special events to drive sales.
