About The Position

This travel program offers Speech-Language Pathologists the opportunity to work for a single company across multiple assignments, rather than dealing with various agencies. The role involves working with one dedicated recruiter from start to finish and across different assignments. Both local and non-local positions are available, offering competitive hourly rates along with tax-free stipends where applicable. The company guarantees no pay cuts mid-contract and provides a referral bonus. It also covers license reimbursement for new state licenses and allows professionals to choose assignments from partner facilities within various health systems nationwide. The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for providing and directing services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication, all under physician's orders. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
  • Ability to project a professional image
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
  • Compliance with federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening
