About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, beauty-focused professional to join our expanding network of luxury aesthetic spas nationwide. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will support multiple spa locations based on business needs, helping local teams achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences. All travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation will be arranged in advance, allowing you to focus on building relationships, driving revenue, and providing a high-end, results-oriented experience for our clients. This is an ideal role for someone who loves travel, high-touch client engagement, and working in luxurious spa environments. Our spa network offers premium aesthetic treatments and advanced skincare, delivering luxurious experiences across multiple locations. Requirements

  • Experienced in high-ticket or consultative sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, client-facing presence.
  • Results-driven, comfortable with performance-based roles and KPIs.
  • Flexible and adaptable to frequent travel and changing team environments.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Comfortable or agreeable with being a W9/1099 independent contractor, responsible for own taxes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling of aesthetic treatments and premium skincare packages.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, providing personalized service that encourages repeat visits.
  • Collaborate with estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and on-site sales supervisors to achieve team and individual sales goals.
  • Travel to assigned spa locations as needed while maintaining consistent performance and professionalism.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to continuously improve sales and service skills.
  • Provide feedback on team performance and suggest strategies to enhance client engagement and revenue.
