About The Position

We’re seeking a results-driven Travel Spa Sales Manager to lead sales, coach front desk teams, and elevate client experiences across multiple spa locations. This full-time, travel-based role offers a $3,000/month base + uncapped commission, with all travel expenses covered. What You’ll Do: Travel to different spa locations for 2–3 month assignments, depending on how quickly each location stabilizes Coach front desk teams to increase sales of treatment packages and skincare products Personally engage with clients to recommend services and retail products Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals Support in-spa promotions and collaborate with management on campaigns

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in spa, wellness, aesthetics, luxury retail, or hospitality
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and guide teams to success
  • Comfortable with travel and adapting to new environments
  • Strong communication and professional client-facing presence
