About The Position

As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will be assigned to different spa locations based on business needs, supporting on-site teams while achieving sales goals. All travel, accommodations, and transportation are arranged in advance, including flights, hotels or Airbnb, gas, tolls, and a company car. This allows you to focus on creating exceptional client experiences while driving measurable results. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in high-performance, luxury-focused environments. You will gain experience across multiple spa locations while working with premium teams and high-end clientele. Leads are provided, allowing you to focus on sales and client engagement rather than cold calling. Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in high-ticket or consultative sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
  • Results-oriented, motivated by performance and KPIs.
  • Flexible and adaptable to frequent travel and new teams.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Comfortable or agreeable with being a W9/1099 independent contractor, responsible for own taxes.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for spa treatments and premium products.
  • Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies for each client to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
  • Partner with estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership to align team objectives.
  • Travel to assigned locations while maintaining consistent performance standards.
