About The Position

At Franciscan Health, our RN Travel Program offers you the unique opportunity to expand your clinical experience while staying within our trusted, mission-driven health system. As a member of our travel team, you’ll work across multiple Franciscan locations, supporting our hospitals and patients where your skills are needed most. This program is designed to meet you where you are in your nursing journey. We currently have openings for: Medical / Surgical Behavioral Health Shifts Needed: Days / Nights Shift: PRN (Part-time / Full-time hours available) TRAVEL REGIONS We will place you in a region close to you! Requirements

• ASN or BSN
• Indiana RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum of 1 year of recent bedside nursing experience in Medical/Surgical or Behavioral Health (Required)
• Recent experience using EPIC
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively within diverse care teams
• Excellent communication and accountability, including timely responses and reliable follow-through
• Comfort navigating changing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Commitment to advocating and delivering compassionate care to our patients we are privileged to serve
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (Medical/ Surgical or Behavioral Health required)
• Active RN license in the State of Indiana or Compact RN License
• Current BLS (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS (American Heart Association), as required by unit
• TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Up to 100%
