About The Position

Step into a pivotal role as a Travel Registered Nurse in the OR, where every scrub, incision, and meticulous sterile technique translates into safer surgeries and brighter patient outcomes. In this fast-paced specialty, you’ll work alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and expert teams across facilities, elevating perioperative care with precision, empathy, and leadership. This assignment in Globe, Arizona blends clinical excellence with a chance to explore the desert Southwest, where sunlit horizons and historic streets invite weekend adventures between cases. Imagine yourself supporting complex procedures—cardiovascular, general, orthopedic, and specialty surgeries—while you expand your clinical expertise, broaden your professional network, and contribute to life-changing outcomes in a dynamic travel setting. Arizona’s diverse landscapes offer outdoor escapes and a welcoming pace of life that complements the intensity of the OR, giving you rewarding balance as you make a real difference in patient journeys. Globe sits in the eastern Arizona basin, a gateway to vast desert landscapes, rugged canyons, and welcoming communities. The assignment provides the stability of a guaranteed 36 hours per week with a competitive weekly pay range of $2,447 to $2,541, along with a start date of 01/22/2026 and a duration measured in weeks. You’ll have access to housing assistance and relocation support, easing the transition as you immerse yourself in perioperative routines and patient-centered care. In addition to the immediate team you’ll join, there’s the opportunity to rotate through additional locations across the U.S., enriching your professional exposure and enabling you to experience different hospital cultures while delivering high-caliber patient care. The beautiful surroundings—sunset skies, nearby mountains, and easy access to outdoor recreation—offer restorative downtime between cases and a sense of exploration that complements your demanding schedule. Your role centers on ensuring surgical procedures proceed safely and efficiently. As an OR RN, you will scrub, circulate, and manage instrument counts, maintain sterile technique, and support patient readiness before, during, and after surgery. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, surgical techs, anesthesiologists, and post-anesthesia teams to optimize outcomes, monitor patient status, and document the perioperative course. The position emphasizes ongoing professional growth: pursuing CNOR certification, gaining exposure to diverse surgical specialties, and stepping into leadership capabilities such as charge nurse or shift lead as you advance. The benefits package is designed to recognize and reward your expertise: a competitive weekly rate; a sign-on or performance bonus; housing assistance; and the possibility of contract extensions or additional assignments that align with your career trajectory. You’ll also receive comprehensive support from a dedicated travel team, including 24/7 assistance and on-call guidance that travels with you—covering credentialing, housing logistics, travel accommodations, and continuous clinical support. This comprehensive framework ensures you can focus on clinical excellence while enjoying the security of reliable resources behind you. At the core, the company is committed to empowering its staff. We foster a culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and transparent communication, with a clear pathway for career advancement whether you’re aiming to deepen perioperative expertise or move into management roles.
