Your day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, telemetry monitoring, IV therapies, wound and ostomy care as needed, pain and symptom management, and swift coordination with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient discharges. You’ll collaborate with physicians, case managers, and charge nurses to develop and update care plans, document accurately, and maintain strong lines of communication with patients and families.
