Role specifics and benefits: In this travel RN role, you’ll provide expert Med Surg Tele care for adult medical-surgical patients, including telemetry-monitored units, post-op recovery pathways, and complex comorbidity management. Key responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, timely administration of medications and IV therapies, wound and drain care, fluid management, and rapid response to decompensation. You’ll develop and adjust care plans with input from the team, coordinate discharge planning, and reinforce patient and family education to support safe, informed transitions.
