Responsibilities

Assessing labor progression
Monitoring fetal well-being
Assisting with obstetric procedures
Delivering newborn care and parent education
Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesia teams, and support staff to ensure safe, individualized care plans for each mother and baby
Lead patient rounds
Participate in evidence-based protocol reviews
Support quality improvement initiatives that elevate outcomes
