About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a hospital-based travel assignment. This role involves providing care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures in a high-volume, fast-paced Cath Lab environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent Cath Lab experience
- Epic experience required
- ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
- Must be available for on-call duties as described
- No first-time travelers accepted
- RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission
- Pending licenses not accepted
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures
- Provide patient care in the Cath Lab, ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams during procedures
- Monitor patient status and vital signs during cardiac interventions
- Maintain sterile environment and follow infection control protocols
- Document procedures and patient information accurately
