About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and electrophysiology procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This role includes circulating and monitoring responsibilities and participation in shared on-call coverage.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state or compact, as applicable)
Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA preferred)
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, hemodynamics, and interventional procedures

Nice To Haves

Experience with diagnostic catheterizations, PCI, EP, and structural heart procedures preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare patients for cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures
Perform circulating and monitoring roles during Cath Lab procedures (rotated per case)
Continuously monitor patient hemodynamics, ECG rhythms, and overall clinical status
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Maintain sterile technique and comply with infection control standards
Assist physicians and technologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including cardiac arrest and procedural complications
Accurately document patient care, procedures, medications, and outcomes
Participate in scheduled on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of Cath Lab equipment and supplies
