Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Radiology Ultrasound Tech on a travel assignment, you’ll perform a range of ultrasound examinations—abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, thyroid, renal, musculoskeletal, and specialty studies—using patient history and clinical indications to determine the most informative imaging approach. You’ll prepare patients, explain procedures, obtain informed consent when required, and ensure comfort and safety throughout the imaging process. You’ll optimize instrument settings, select appropriate transducers, and adapt imaging techniques to capture diagnostic-quality images. You’ll document findings clearly and concisely, communicate preliminary impressions to radiologists when appropriate, and participate in case discussions to support accurate diagnoses. You’ll contribute to workflow efficiency by coordinating with technologists, nurses, and physicians, manage equipment checks, and participate in routine quality assurance activities. Your compensation package is designed to be competitive and rewarding. This role offers weekly pay in the range of $2,355 to $2,519, with a guaranteed minimum of 34.0 hours per week. Start Date is 01/27/2026, and contract duration is expressed in weeks, with extension opportunities to continue your travel assignment if you and the facility agree. In addition to base compensation, you may be eligible for a sign-on or completion bonus, depending on assignment specifics.
