Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists with patient evaluations and ongoing re-evaluations
- Implement and progress individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic modalities under supervision
- Assist with gait training, balance, strengthening, and mobility tasks
- Help with patient and family education on home exercise programs
- Ensure accurate documentation of progress, treatment responses, and any changes in plan
- Maintain equipment readiness and ensure strict adherence to safety and infection-control protocols
- Support discharge planning and coordination with care teams
